THERMOPHYSICS
Dongchan is a researcher and process engineer at the shipbuilding and engineering company (DSME) with 10 years of experience. His main interest is the eco-friendly ships with LNG as a fuel as well as the optimization of the various process equipment. Under the collaboration between UWA and DSME, he started PhD research in 2018 and his research is focused on the investigation of the thermal conductivity on hydrocarbon mixtures and eco-friendly refrigerants at diverse conditions by using Transient-hot wire (THW) technique.
