Research Associate

Mirhadi is a Research Associate working with Prof Eric May on studying phase equilibria of the new generation of refrigerants, natural gas mixtures and hydrogen to help industry mitigate climate change and reduce carbon emissions. Mirhadi joined UWA in 2018 as a PhD student, before which he worked for 1.5 years as a consultant engineer at Namvaran Oil & Gas company in Iran. Mirhadi completed his Master of Science at the University of Tehran in Renewable Energies Engineering with a focus on hydrogen liquefaction plants. His research interests include thermodynamics of clean energy carriers with a particular focus on optimising predictive models used by industry.
